MARTIN GANDY'S LRPS PANEL
I am particularly fascinated by the endless variety and beauty of nature,
and also wider outdoor and architectural subjects. I chose a mixed panel of
animal portraits in their natural habitats, plant subjects, and buildings
arranged in groups with complementary colour and form. I also looked for symmetry
in the arrangement of portrait and landscape format. The locations varied
from Wisley and other gardens close to home, to the more exotic locations
of Bali and Vancouver Island. It was a challenging project, and has inspired
me to continue my development in photography and THE search for that elusive
perfect light.
